HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Please note that this policy differs from the USQ Regional Championship’s stay and play policy.

In order to participate in US Quidditch Cup 2022  all teams are required to book hotel rooms in one of several tournament-approved hotels through US Quidditch’s booking process. Each team must book a minimum of 3 hotel rooms, per night, for at least two nights between April 21-25, 2022.  Hotel rooms will be available on a first come first served basis.

HOTEL BOOKING PROCESS

Teams must fill out either reserve a hotel room by April 1, 2022 or complete the stay and play exemption form by March 18, 2022. Once hotel rooms are booked, teams must fill out this form. Teams are not considered fully registered for US Quidditch Cup 2022 until this form is completed. Teams who are exempt from USQ’s stay and play policy do not need to fill out this form.

The process for reserving hotel rooms has changed from previous seasons. Each team will be responsible for booking their own hotel rooms. USQ has provided reservation links for each hotel below, which teams will need to use to reserve their rooms.

Hotel rooms will be available on a first come first serve basis. Once a room block is full, the special USQ price will no longer be available. All teams, even those who have not qualified yet for the tournament, should book rooms if there is any possibility of attending USQC 2022. Each hotel has a generous cancellation policy if needed.
